METALMAK PT-01 Rotation Platform is the machine that allows the railway vehicles to continue their movement on the desired rail tracks by turning them.
PT-01 Rotation Platform unit; It consists of slewing bridge, control cabinet, puller winch and side walkways. In the system, the bridge operates in the pit prepared to remain below the existing rail level.
There are 4 walking wheels on the platform and 2 of these wheels are driven (motor fed) and 2 of them are positioned as idler wheels.

The wheels on the platform and the wheel axles to which they are connected are made of special alloy steel material, and the wheel surfaces are also subjected to heat treatment.
Operations such as acceleration, deceleration and stopping devices in the control section of the Rotation Platform unit are performed by joystick control.

In order for the platform to stop at full rail alignment, the platform stops near the point where it will stop by reducing its speed before it comes to the rail tracks and information is sent to the control panel by means of distance meters. The operator performs the alignment by activating the electromechanical locking system from the control room.
The control cabin located on the platform is made of steel profiles, there are doors on the cabin that can be locked with a key and glass windows that provide an appropriate viewing angle.

There are audible warning lights and a movement bell on the platform.
There is sufficient lighting in the control cabin to be used at night in the facility.
Emergency stop buttons are placed on the platform bridge and in the operator control cabin for use in dangerous situations.
