1 Set of VDS80T Wagon Transport Stand consists of 4 transport stands with a carrying capacity of 20 tons. Each of the Transport Stands has height-adjustable mechanisms. The rise of the stands is based on the threaded rod and nut operation and trapezoidal type threads are made on the shaft. Thanks to the system that locks together under the load thanks to the trapezoidal teeth, the possibility of the stand to come down by itself is eliminated.



Cast material was used as the nut in the VDS80T, and thanks to our special manufacturing molds, the hand handles were placed on the sides of the nut as a single piece and it was cast in that way.



At the point where the stand comes into contact with the load, a plastic-derived material with a high grip surface that reduces slippage is placed. When the part is fixed with a bolt, it allows you to change it in the future.



VDS80T has self-locking spring mechanism wheels. As soon as the stand is loaded, the wheels go back and the bottom plate of the stand is fully seated on the floor. When the stand is freed from the load, the wheels come back into place, making the stand suitable for mobile transport.
